Important Information
Fees
Membership initiation fees, dues, deposits, and Club charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by Six Social, LLC. Memberships reserve limited Club capacity and access privileges; therefore, refunds or credits will not be issued for unused membership time, partial months, relocation, schedule changes, or failure to use Club facilities.
Billing Concerns
Members must notify Six Social of any billing concern within seven (7) days of the charge date. Members agree to contact the Club directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider.
Declined Payments
Chargebacks, declined payments, or ACH reversals may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges, loss of booking access, and additional administrative or processing fees. By joining, Members authorize Six Social to charge all applicable membership dues, fees, reservations, food and beverage charges, and other authorized Club-related expenses to the payment method on file.
